Peter Nuytkens
Chief Executive Officer
Peter has over 35 years experience making breakthrough advances in systems integration and miniaturization. Serving as founder & CEO of Q Developments, founder & CEO of Custom One Design and has designed over 49 sensor / actuator SOC / SIP, MEMS, integrated circuits, as well as 66 original works and tech patents. Peter has a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from MIT. Peter was also an MIT Ph.D. Candidate for Solid State Physics and Material Science.
Mark Nuytkens
Chief Operating Officer
Mark, the company’s young blood, is a recent UMASS Amherst Mechanical Engineering graduate who has a passion for solving problems and hands-on work. He interned at Bose Corporation, and he also lead his UMASS Mechanical Engineering team to win first place for their Senior Design Project for U.S. Tsubaki, Inc. He has been working with the Diagnostyx team for two years now.
Christopher Moe
Chief Financial Officer
Chris has 31 years experience in executive management, private equity, and corporate finance. He has served as CFO Vectrix Holdings Ltd., Director & CFO Mission Motor Company, Managing Director GH Venture Partners, Managing Director Kirkland Investment Corporation, President St. Louis Ship Industries, Vice President Wasserstein, Perella & Co and Vice President Citicorp, Captain of United States Marines. He earned his BA from Brown University and his MBA from Harvard University.
Joseph Kulinets
Chief Technical Officer
Having worked 10+ years as CTO at Custom One Design Joseph has been another longtime team mate of Peter. Joseph also has 30+ years managing product development organizations and 19 US and international patents. He earned an MS in Computer Science as well as his BS in Electrical Engineering from Belarus State Radio Engineering University.
